Mrs Jackie Kirsch was born and grew up in Hendon. She spent a few years after school learning in Israel, and after marrying Rabbi Danny Kirsch stayed in Israel, learning and teaching. On their return to England, Mrs Kirsch spent time raising her family, and enjoying her role of being a wife, the wife of a kiruv rabbi and mother to a growing family. In 1998 she qualified as a primary school teacher and continued to teach in schools for 10 years. Two years ago Mrs Kirsch joined the team in the JLE, to work as co-ordinator of the women's programmes.
