Eliana was born in London, and lived and grew up in Hendon, she went to Hasmonean School followed by a year studying at Michlala Seminary in Israel. Eliana spent a year at City University studying psychology before getting married and spending a few years living in Jerusalem, where she was teaching in a seminary and worked in the local community as a mentor and educator. Eliana and her husband became the Rabbinic couple in Welwyn garden city and Hatfield, where they have helped start a new Jewish community.
